Return & Refund Policy

At Ermina Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Beauty Products

Unused and unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Courses & Training

Deposits paid to reserve a training course are non-refundable. However, if you notify us in advance, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another available training date at our discretion.

If Ermina Beauty cancels a course, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable materials, and online educational content are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@erminabeauty.com and include photographs of the product.
