Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Courses

Course deposits secure your place in training and are generally non-refundable.

Course dates may be rescheduled only with prior agreement from Ermina Beauty and subject to availability.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, videos, manuals, photographs, course content, branding, and website materials are the intellectual property of Ermina Beauty.

Copying, recording, distributing, reproducing, or sharing any training materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Ermina Beauty shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
